Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted delivery services such as Ship Rocket. The carrier used depends on your location and package size.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (within India): Estimated 3–7 business days after processing.
- International: Estimated 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Flexen Club is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbours or your local post office. Flexen Club is not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. For lost shipments, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
