Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flexen Club. We value your business and want to be completely transparent about our current return and refund process.

Current Policy: All Sales Are Final

Effective immediately and until further notice, Flexen Club does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Why?

This temporary policy is a direct result of previous operational challenges. We experienced repeated misuse of our return process, including:

  • Customers returning incorrect items (different from what was purchased).
  • Used or damaged products being sent back to our warehouse as “new.”
  • Administrative and inventory costs that made the previous return system unsustainable.

To protect the integrity of our products and the fairness of our pricing for all customers, we have paused returns, exchanges, and refunds.

What About Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your order arrives damaged or contains an item you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flexenclub@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.

We will review each case individually. Valid claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Future Improvements

We are actively working on a more secure, customer‑friendly return system. This will include:

  • Verified return authorisation.
  • Clear guidelines for product condition.
  • A streamlined process for legitimate issues.

We expect to reinstate returns, exchanges, and refunds in the near future. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
